Sunflowers are Symbols of Happiness, Optimism and Positivity

Sunflowers have a remarkable quality of always tracking the sun and constantly turning towards the light. They focus on what they need and want. With paint, and paint pens we’ll do the same. We’ll create a painting that reminds us what we want to bring into our lives - what we want to focus on.
Intro to Intuitive Painting

This is a chance to gather with others who are just like you - searching for more, needing a break, or wanting good conversation and a fun night out. Intuitive painting is about the process, not the product. This painting practice provides a chance to learn about sacred symbols and feel into which symbols can help support your hopes and dreams. We’ll play with a variety of tools to paint with, options for stencils, paint pens and lots of color. This workshop is a great way to learn about intuitive painting and what it can bring to your life.

Kali is female energy that is unstoppable She inspires us to speak from a place of love and claim whatever it is that lights you up. If you feel stuck in any aspect of your life Kali will use her sword to help cut through that resistance. This painting is full of powerful symbolism and will most certainly help you feel like a badass. This is a great workshop for your favorite circle of friends who want to shake up their lives!
This workshop is best described as powerful simplicity. We spend so much of our lives saying yes to things that don’t really serve us. This painting is an invitation to bring whatever you need into your life - because you say so. Once you paint your Yes, you can display it to remind yourself of what important to you and what you’re saying yes to.

North Star Painting
✨ Do you have someone in your life who is your North Star? ✨
Throughout history, people have looked for the North Star to find their way. It’s a reminder that even in the darkness the stars (our people) are there to guide us. What if your North Star isn’t outside of you at all, but something you carry with you? As we paint, you’ll have a chance to bring your own version to the canvas. This workshop is designed for adults, no art experience needed

Evergreens withstand so much. Their beauty, life force and vitality is effortless in the coldest, darkest and longest winters. As we head into the holiday season many of us feel lots of emotions. Come paint the power of the evergreen to remind yourself that you’re been through the storm and you’re still standing.

There’s something about water - its rhythm, its pull, the way it clears and carries. This workshop invites you to slow down and explore that feeling through color, texture, and intuitive mark-making. You’ll layer paint, pattern, and water-inspired forms - playing with shape, motion, and emotion as you go. Water is full of mystery and potential treasures.
The image of Buddha carries a quiet power - one that invites stillness, trust, and presence. In this workshop, you’ll explore what that symbol means to you.
Beginning with a few grounding breaths and a simple affirmation, you’ll move into intuitive painting - layering color, texture, and expression onto your canvas. As you paint your own version of Buddha, you'll be invited to reflect inward, stay present, and let the process unfold.

This workshop begins with a simple affirmation - one that speaks to what you’re ready to grow toward. Through breath, color, and intuitive mark-making, you’ll explore the energy of your current moment - whether calm or chaotic. Then you’ll add the symbol of the lotus, a reminder that clarity, joy, and strength can emerge even in the messiest of beginnings.
Supplies are included in every workshop. Depending on the workshop we’ll bring the art materials, table coverings, aprons - everything needed to set up a great creative space.

Curious About the Process
This series of short guided videos invites you to use painting as a way to ease stress, honor your emotions, and find calm. Each video is intentionally brief -just 2–3 minutes - so it’s easy to weave into your day.
Grab a canvas and some acrylic paints to follow along, or simply watch to get a feel for the process. Originally created to bring relief during the December holidays, these practices are helpful anytime you need a pause and a reset.
