Watch this short video to learn about how a Little Pink Cup became a huge support, connection, and tradition.
Grief can’t be fixed - but it can be expressed. These offerings invite you to use hands-on creative practices to reflect and remember.
When someone dies, everything changes.
Sometimes it happens slowly, sometimes out of nowhere - but either way, you’re thrown into a new reality you didn’t choose.
In the beginning, you’re just trying to get through it.
Making decisions you never thought you’d have to make.
Planning services. Writing obituaries. Handling logistics, all while in shock.
You do what needs to be done, even when none of it feels real.
At first people grieve with you, then the world moves on.
People go back to their lives.
You’re left in yours - except now it’s missing someone you love.
It took years before I could do more than just survive.
And it wasn’t a straight path.
Eventually, I picked up a paintbrush - I needed to do something that didn’t involve talking, explaining, or pretending I was okay. In my own way I could talk to the canvas.
That’s how this started.
It wasn’t a plan or a project.
It was a way to show up to my own grief.
Over time, art gave me a way to connect - to my daughter, to myself, to the parts of life that still had meaning.
That’s what this space is.
Not therapy. Not a solution.
Just real ways to use creativity to remember, reflect, and feel more like yourself again - whenever you're ready.
You won’t find a formula here.
But you will find options.
Workshops, ideas, and rituals that have helped me might help you too.
This isn't just something I offer - it's something I'm living and I’d be deeply honored to help you find what you need.
Take a look around. Ask questions (email me at: sharoncstudio@gmail.com)
If you’re not ready yet, that’s completely fine.
This space will still be here when you are.

Create a Memory Mandala to Honor Your Loved One
Symbols can speak louder than words. This workshop is designed to honor a loved one. Using a mandala (a sacred circle) as an underlying guide we’ll add shapes, symbols, and colors that directly connect us to a special person. Every mandala is completely unique. Having the finished mandala in your home or office becomes a beautiful reminder of the love you shared.
These mandalas can contain sacred or even silly symbols. In this example the brown leaf shapes are going to become footballs. It’s a work in progress - can you see any of the other symbols?
This workshop is great for both for individual sessions or small groups.
Memory Mandalas are also a wonderful, special gift to welcome a new baby or celebrate a birthday milestone.
