Grief, Legacy and Creative Remembrance

Grief doesn’t make sense and it eventually became clear to me that I had to find my way to live with it.

My search for more connected me with Whitney Freya, artist, author, creativity expert and founder of Creatively Fit. I went on to become a Certified Creatively Fit Coach through Whitney’s program. Whitney has been teaching people to use painting and creative practice as tools for personal growth and transformation for over 30 years.

Her Rise Above course uses the painting process as a way to shift perspective, move beyond the inner critic and approach life differently.

Whitney and I collaborated to bring the principles of Rise Above specifically to grief.
